If you are travelling from the south or from Plymouth, leave the A38 at the South Brent and Avonwick turn off.
(take care as the junction is immediately after the Shell garage).
Keep left towards the village, then take the first left signposted for Brent Mill Business Park. At the T junction you will see the bridge over the river on your right, and the green cottages in front of you. Turn left, then immediately right behind the green cottages into the driveway.

How to find us by Car from the NORTH:
If you are travelling from the North on the Devon Expressway (A38) towards Plymouth, leave the A38 at the Marley Head Junction towards South Brent (B3210). Take the 1st left off the next roundabout. You then cross the A38 and take the 1st left off the next roundabout onto the B3372 to South Brent. Keep on this road and you will meet a small roundabout, go straight across and eventually thee road start going downwards.
Then take the RIGHT turn signposted for Brent Mill Business Park. Cross a small bridge and green cottages in front of you. Turn immediately right behind the green cottages into the driveway. We look forward to seeing you.

Your parking space is under the trees next to the motorhome. The entrance to the cottage is through the wooden gate to the left of the garages. We should be home to greet you, if not, we will contact you to let you know the code for the key safe.
